Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs all consulting services purchased on cybermindconsulting.com.

2. Full Refund

Available within 72 hours of purchase if no consulting work has commenced (no interviews conducted, no documents accessed, no analysis begun). Email engage@cybermindconsulting.com with your order reference.

3. Partial Refund

If work has commenced, we refund for uncompleted milestones. Completed milestones are non-refundable. A transparent milestone breakdown is provided at the start of every engagement.

4. Quality Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of delivered work, we will first offer a revision at no additional cost. If the revision does not resolve concerns, we will negotiate a fair partial refund based on documented work completed.

5. No Refund Situations

No refund after approved delivery of all engagement milestones, or after 30 days of non-response to deliverable review requests.

6. Processing

Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.
